In order to use the XP Mode, your PC hardware must have the Intel Virtualization Technology (VT) option (there is an equivalent in AMD but I don't know what that is called). Some Dell's have the VT and some do not. Usually, it's enabled/disabled in the BIOS (Setup) if it's available on your PC (and some Dell's do not have the option even thorugh the CPU has the capability).

Vista & XP i cant make it dual boot because one will work with ACHI mode & another will work with SATA mode... Is it the same case with Win XP & Win 7?
