I'm used to my wyse getting warm so I keep it on a little wire shelf to make sure it gets plenty of ventilation.  Last night my system kept freezing so I went to restart it.  It was so hot that I ended up with 2nd degree burns on my hand and spent 4 hours in the ER having it treated.  Does anyone know how I can reach the corporate office?  Its ridiculous that these things have no built in fans in them. They pose a serious fire hazard.
