error messages
"The current input is not supported by the monitor display. Please change your input timing to 3840x2160, 60Hx or any other monitor listed timing as per the monitor specifications." Why do I have this problem and how do I fix it?

Sounds like whatever system you have is either set for a resolution the monitor can't handle, or doesn't support that resolution.
Anything more detailed requires that you supply the system model number and details (including the type of video adapter it has) and the monitor model number.
