XPS 9500 auto reboot problem since 10 months
Hi,
I had bought XPS 9500 and have been facing auto-reboot problem since the I had bought it in November. Every time I have called dell for help, they have either asked me to reinstall windows or perform multiple tests on my computer.
I have now reinstalled windows 4 times and performed multiple tests from system restore, BIOS test etc, but yet the issue is not resolved. My laptop still restarts randomly and each time I lose my work.
I am amazed to find out that dell has not been able to resolve this simple issue of rebooting. I have used multiple laptops before from HP, Asus, never have i ever faced this issue. You spend such huge amount on a laptop and then you receive such poor service. I was also considering renewing my warranty however, if dell's solution to the problem is reinstalling windows and perform system restore, then what's the point!
, if anyone can help, it will be great.

Note, the purchased 1 year warranty expired on October 18, 2021. Continue discussion with the DELL-Cares agents.
The ePSA hardware diagnostics passes. This means the fault lies with the operating system, drivers, or some added software.
