Aurora R11, increase storage
I just purchased a entry level R11. It looks like it only comes with one 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD for storage. What can I buy to increase the capacity without replacing the 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD

Keep in mind the difference in speed between the different connections. (Listed as fastest to slowest) 1. M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD via a PCIe slot adapter...(no power or signal cable required, that's supplied through the slot) 2. SATA SSD * 3. SATA HDD * 4. External SSD via USB port *Your Alienware will have power cables for the SATA SSD and HDD, but you will have to supply your own SATA signal cable(s).1017

That is certainly a possibility...
Goes along with the sometimes you have a quote button, sometimes you don't in the body options (I don't have one right now).
Seems to be working a little better at the moment...I'll try to post the photos that I couldn't with the original answer to this persons questions about storage.

The asus option #2 will only register one drive max in the aurora though regardless which slot you use.

I too have an entry-level Aurora R11. I installed 2x 860 Evo SATA SSDs in the 2 empty caddies. I bought Cable Matters 90°-angled SATA III cables for them. (The felt between the caddy bridge and the SSD is to eliminate rattling noise.)
I used only the black SATA III ports on the mobo. The top blue port is too slow.
