There's actually two vrm heatsinks available, one to the left of the cpu cooler block, and a smaller one on top. The part number and physical appearance has changed from the R9, I don't know it, but if you chat Dell sales they would give it to you.
Here is an example. In theory you should be able to replace with a longer machine screw and slap a washer and nut behind the mobo, but that would require removing the mobo.
Dunno, but with the oem z370 board (i.e., aurora 7, 8 & 9) the top vrm area has the mounting holes but it doesn't include the threading. There's a separate threaded nut adapter that's imcluded with the board for the left vrm heatsink, but not the top. Not sure if that's the same for thr 8930.

Currently looking for one myself !
How can you advertise overclock ready if you don't even have heatsinks on the VRM.
It's like it's designed to break or something
