Aurora R13, no cryotech cooler?

On my new R13 even though I paid for the cryotech AIO with clear side panel case. I instead only received the standard AIO? Plus the case did not include the balancing bracket to help draw airflow over the GPU?

I would contact dell cares to get this sorted out right away.

Re: I instead only received the standard AIO?

it seems there are only two cooler options for R13. In chassis options of R13 config:

Standard CPU Air Cooling (not AIO liquid cooler)

Alienware Cryo-tech™ Edition CPU Liquid Cooling

not sure what is standard AIO?  do you mean standard air cooling?

In R13 service manual it shows the two options too:

Also the only way to get the Cryo-tech AIO is to order clear side panel option.

3rd thing you only get an Air-Cooler on non K CPU, Now when i ordered my r13 it was for the 25th anniversary model, which did not have non-k 12th gen CPU. those CPU's were only recently added. Now I ordered a system with KF CPU and paid extra for cryo-tech option, i expect to have the better AIO not the cheep one that is meant to be hidden away.

That is incorrect if you look, at both the order options and description it List a Cryo-tech Water cooled cooler, non cryo-tech (previous edition) Water cooled cooler and an Air cooler. The Difference is the older AiO will not have any rgb were as new Cryo-tech does... also the claim that the New Cryo-tech was to have better cooling then the previous model.

Just a thought but the Cryo RGB lighting is off by default when shipped.

You have to enable it in ACC. It threw me at the start, I thought they had sent the wrong cooler.

All the rgb is off by default. I was given the wrong AIO if you look at my Pictures above (Taken from the R13 product page). I was given the AIO from the non Cryo-tech AIO that has no rgb on the CPU plate. and is a carry over AIO from the R10 parts. It does not adequately cool the CPU.

Yes, it appears based on the pictures you posted, you received the standard AIO. I would contact Dell Cares and take a picture of your system. If you are within the return window and it isn't resolved rather quickly, I would ask for a refund.

Btw, what are your temps with the standard AIO?

If you look at the First Photo the center AIO is what i was shipped even though i ordered the Aio on the Left in the options.
