Just a question about the last monitor by Dell Alienware AW3821DW

I started to see reviews did by serious persons like tft central and Rtings and both of theres noticed overshoot (reverse ghosting) even at minimal overdrive (fast).

Like this monitor use a nano-ips by LG, I don't understand why the 38GL950-b is better than the alienware on this point.

Due to that my question is, would this issue could be fixed by a firmware update ?

And other thing, can we update the monitor easily ?
