The BIOS chip is soldered onto the System Board (aka motherboard). eBay, with its additional purchase protection, is a good place to look: for example BIOS CHIP for Dell Alienware 15, 15 R1, 15 R2, 15 R3, 17 R2, 17 R3, 17 R4 | eBay Search for a good price.
