My Alienware laptop was recently updated to windows 10 everything worked fine up until I updated the Alienware software, (the bios needed to be updated) ever since it has been crashing please note; I can run in safe mode sometimes it runs long enough for me to download stuff from dell.com\drivers. It will stay on the log in screen for as long as wanted once I log in it crashes, I’ve done everything I can do from restoring to restarting! 

(I HAVE HEARD THAT A FRESH INSTALL VIA USB OF WINDOWS 10 WILL FIX MY ERROR IS THIS TRUE?)
