Bad Service delivery

I recently bought a Aria M51 from Dell out of the box I got troubles with the GPU after contacting dell Service center which took 2 weeks since my email was being blocked for unknown reasons, they ordered a replacement GPU (rtx2080) since July i have still been waiting on the part which by now is a weekly delay process every time i enquirer it has been delayed with no apparent reason.

After spending that much on a laptop you would think that there would be better service.

Hi @StratO1123 that is rubbish, retailer just trying to hang on to their mark up profit. You have consumer rights, reject now and get your money back. Use different vendor. Direct purchase from Dell is discounted. That is Win, Win, so be proactive.

You have a very good point I'll get into contact with them now. I just have a feeling that the retailer will try to get out of it.

Hi @StratO1123  you should expect retailer to hang onto your money, that's life. So be firm and take someone with you for support and a witness. If retailer's response is unsatisfactory, report them! It's your money that has been taken, the goods are not fit for purpose. Get money refund (or very reluctantly get replacement from what could be a very poor batch).

Thnkas fore the advice, now it's off to start the email chain and courier organisation since the company still does not allow any walkins because of the current times... Never buying from them again in my life.
