If the impact was significant enough, something may have flexed enough to trigger an electrical short internally, which could cause your system to power cycle itself.  But I doubt that there's a "phone drop" test to establish what behavior is normal in that scenario -- and even if there were, variables like where and how hard the phone hit the laptop would come into play.  If everything works fine, I wouldn't worry about it.

Hi @Yoviddu  if there are no obvious signs of damage, look down the length of keyboard to see if any keys are stuck in their depressed configuration. A slight side-to-side key movement should get key to spring back to its normal position.
