Finally I could update the last BIOS 2.13.0 on Alienware m15 without lost undervolt. I Know now the reason Why I lost undervolt. The problem was update BIOS across Windows 10 update. I did that:
"Remember on first boot to go into bios before windows and security and disable firmware capsule updates else first boot to windows will update the bloody bios again. Save the files for future accidental bios updates"
I recommend reading each bios update, maybe part or bios is to plundervolt .
I have Alienware m15 R1, processor i7-8750H. I will try to explain my case. When I bougth this laptop has BIOS 1.3.3 and I don't knew that the last bios loock the undervolt. Then I updated BIOS to 2.13.0. When I start to play or test with cinebech R23 I look that the tempertures was 102ºc Then I start to clean the fan's, change paste with Thermal Grizzy Kronaout. Then the temperatures a little better but 100 º c continue. Next time, I use throttlestop and I saw that can't undervolt. Also PROCHOT default 100ºc. I set offset PROCHOT "2" but dont work this.
Then I try to downgrade BIOS 1.3.3 but I cant by USB or windows. Then, firts step downgrade 2.0.4 by windows and next by USB with BIOS_IMG.rcv version 1.3.3. (fully pass incredibly). Then format and install windows, desactivated UEFI upgrade capsulates and really work!!!!!! I can undervolt now. But when I check the bios I see BIOS 2.0.4. Then I don't undertand what happend when BIOS 1.3.3 totally pass. The temperatures are a little better too ( -0.120v) CPU cache and core. Then I feel the fans are really noise and I try to get the better version of bios to try to install without lost undervolt. Also, I will try to change paste again with Thermal Grizzy Kronaout extreme, change termal pads. I would like to update BIOS if is possible. I try to reed *.rcv maybe I can found information about look undervolt but I don't know. Finally , I would try to get better temp maybe 90º witout lost frecuency with CPU is 100% for game.
The BIOS files are very small and only provide the change described in the BIOS description (but change is not clearly stated for user consumption). If the BIOS update is not required by any of your applications, do not install BIOS update. Advocate that you do not update the BIOS that came with your system, so that system retains all the as advertised features, e.g. undervolt, overclocking, Max CPU temperature, etc.
We note that some Window Updates impose Intel CPU & GPU downgrades. These Window Updates should be removed if you want to retain full specification parts.

Do not understand why BIOS updates are being installed for no apparent request from any of the applications. Just because Dell has posted a BIOS update, is not justification to install BIOS update.
