Good night
This week I got the alienware and today, I have been willing to play and I realize that in the lower right corner the colors are warmer, validate with a black background that there is yellow light and it is annoying, but I don't know if this should be normal ??? I had a gming MSI laptop and never suffered from this incident.

Hello, this is normal on all screens, I say there must be some light leak but much of the information that I caught on the web indicated that this does not happen on OLED screens.
Finally, there is a way to measure this with a program, since I know that the photos increase these lights, but in a dark environment and games where the black color stands out, a warm light is noticeable and now I can't stop looking at the light and it's annoying

After talking with support and attaching evidence, validate that the equipment has problems. I hope that the repair or change of the equipment does not present these incidents again regards3602

I had one 300hz display replaced on my m15 R3 for backlight bleed, unfortunately the replacement screen has backlight bleed again. A 2nd replacement is happening tomorrow.

Finally got a 300hz screen with minimal light bleed. 4th replacement must be the lucky number.

this no longer seems funny to me ... waiting for 2,3,4 change so that this is good ..... I think the quality test is not being carried out as it should.

I think the older models are the best imo as they have no backlight and 60Hz is great enough for people like me who don’t really need high frame rates.
Imagine having a 300Hz screen when most games don’t allow FPS like that in the first place.

I bought the 300hz because it had better color accuracy over the 144hz. And I wanted the OLED but did not want Tobii, so I settled. I don’t really game on the laptop screen often, only while traveling.

But as far as I can see the 300Hz one really only has a 1000:1 contrast ratio over the regular 800:1 for the 144Hz.

That’s a display issue. I’d return it to Alienware and get a replacement or call dell to replace the display.
