m17 R2, Cleaning, #2
I attempted to get my laptop case/palmrest replaced in the same way you guys did. However, they are refusing to replace it for me. They are saying that the warranty is only for actual internal components and that the discoloration is not covered.

Hey,
Just wanted to ask if you still have the contact information for the Dell representative you spoke to in regards to this issue? The ones I have been in contact with keep saying that they do not have any reported issues about that and that they wont cover the replacement for my Alienware m17 R2.
