Hi, I bought about 2 months ago an Alienware 15 R3 laptop with a gtx 1070 inside. After noticing 2 windows blue screens errors related to my video card (System thread exception not handled and memory management errors), I started the support assist checkup but every time, it tells me that the video test failed. The GPU is not overclocked and I only use it for gaming and programming may any tell me what's the issue?
Which video test failed - and have you run the diagnostics outside of Windows (F12 at powerup)?
Doing so will produce a numeric error code -- record that and the validation code (you'll need both to contact Dell for warranty repair).

I saw on many forums that these blue screens were related to driver issues. I updated my nvidia card's driver and it fixed the problem. I just hoping not getting any blue screens now.
