Is there a place where "version upgrade" release notes are located?

If there is, I can't find it.

Currently at 6.1.0-66

I see that version 6.1.1 is available.  I am curious as to what has been fixed, improved, "bugged" in the latest version.  Basically, is it worth upgrading to this version.
