Replicated File Systems that are mounted under File Systems
Replicated File Systems that are mounted under File Systems?
I have posted a different discussion as what I'm after is the following:
If I mounted a file system under a file system (was able to do this as I configured an NMFS root).
Can I replicate all component File Systems?
Having issues via the GUI as it fails with the following error:
CFS: 3: A file system is mounted on path /root_vdm_8/Staging/Staging1/Productions which is a sub-directory under the requested mount path /root_vdm_8/Staging/Staging1
It seems as if the destination Celerra is NOT aware of the NMFS?
We have an NMFS, with three file systems mounted. The three file systems that are mounted replicate sucessfully to our secondary Celerra - which does not have a NMFS.
I understand that you have this configration:
NMFS (Staging)
|---------FS1 (Staging1)
|---------FS2 (Other)
|---------FS3 (Productions)
We have file systems mounted to the NMFS root. I did not know you could mount a file system to another file system (FS2 and FS3 mounted to FS1). Could you (or anyone) please show me how to accomplish that?
More specifically - what documentation describes this?
