How can I re-initialize a CX4?
Hello evrybody,
I have a CX4-120 storage that before was in production.
Before this storage had a FAST CACHE with SSD flash disk, but now it does not have these disks. I can not destroy the fast cache configuration.
I think that I need to re-initialize this storage to a factory state. or How can I destroy the fast cache configuration?
Please if someone has the procedure to do it.
Thank you.
Jose Miguel Aguilera.

If you want to back revision it, can follow below simple steps:
1. Reboot SPs to DDBS utility menu.
2. Enter Engineer mode, then choose "Invalidate Data Directory". This option will delete the array configuration.
3. Re-image SPs boot partition if need, now the array need to be initiated again.

Hi all,
Thank you for your help.
I found this KB in powerlink emc266585 about disbling FAST CACHE.
I ran this command:
- naviseccli -h 10.20.30.40 cache -fast -destroy
and then I restarted the management server on both SPs.
this two actions erased all errors.

not sure if that would do anything but how about uninstalling FASTCache enabler (hopefully you still have the enabler so you can re-install it if you have to) ?
