if your client uses ASM, present new LUN from VNX and let the rebalance the new LUNs in and then remove the old CX LUNs ..online process, any DBA should know how to do it.
If you don't use ASM then look into SANCopy or PowerPath Migration enabler (must be using PowerPath of course, not DM-MPIO).
