We have a Windows 2003 Enterprise R2 server which has powerpath and naviagent installed on it. One HBA was down since long time and we recognized it last night due to huge performance issue and rebooted the server it came back up fine. I wanted to know how much traffic each hba carries when load balancing happens. Is there any way to look in the clariion or powerpath
In PowerPath you can see how many I/Os are going through each path, seen from the host.
In the switch you can also have a look at this using SANHealth (including graphs) and in the Clariion you can use Navisphere Analyzer to compare traffic between the two initiators.
The pics don't work (they're pointing at your c drive). The values you gave, are these averages or a some random point in time values ? You should be able to see both HBAs doing about the same amount of IOps, so that's good.
In PPath you cannot see the size of the IOs, or the average of them, so there's no way to calculate the bandwidth from PPath. In Perfmon you can see this though.
Path 0 is higher than path 1 - with load balancing they should be about the same.
The vaules are IOPS, if you know what the IO size is you could estimate the bandwidth or you can use Analyzer on the array to collect the performance data (on PowerLink see Support Solution emc163368 "How do I enable Navisphere Analyzer monitoring in FLARE Release 24 and later?") and emc218359 for a list of all articles about using Analyer.
Also, the queuing seems a bit high - if you're using Qlogic HBA's you might want to check what the Execution Throttle is set for - EMC's recommended settting is 256, but that can sometimes be too high - see article emc204523 "What is the cause of high Average Busy Queue Lengths (ABQL) on CLARiiON drives?" - this has information about the settings on the Qlogic HBA.

The PPath GUI is the easiest.
