Backups -
When I bought my Dell in late November of 2014 I could run full data backups. I can no longer find from where to initiate this function. Seems to me it was in the Support Assistant. I am irked that a product I purchased with the computer is no longer available for my use.

What Dell product did you buy? What program are you using?
