Cannot delete the Volume in Dell SCV2020
Hello All,
I have issues on deleting the Volume on Storage Scv2020 as in attached file.
I would like to delete all data from that storage array. I have tried with factory default but it didn't delete any volumes and data. I want to clear this Storage Array with empty because I cannot remove the volume.
Have any suggestions for that?

Hello Myat,
What you can do is to power down your SCv2020 & remove the controllers and then remove the batteries from the controllers for about 15min. Once that has been done then put the controllers back into your SCv2020 and power on & try to reset the system from the DSM again.
