sc9000 ssn change
Hello all,
got one question.. Colleague before me has installed sc9000 system and he entered wrong ssn numbers.. SC9000 wasn't installed by certified Compellent engineer.. Now we cant set replication to another compellent.. My question is it possible to change ssn.. Currently there are 100tb of active data.. I can reboot 1 controller is safe mode is required.

Hello aiva,
You will need to call into support so that we can verify a few things prior to changing your HSN or license#. Since you have data installed on your system it is best to call in so that there is no damage done to your data.
