I have an alienware 17 r4 which has gone through so much trouble over these past few months. I had the engineer come over 5 times which means it took me over 67 days and is still dead. The laptop won't respond at all i have over 25k rupees which is roughly the same price as the warranty my system is out of warranty right now. The service has be done for the mother board the power button and the fans and heatsink basically the whole laptop is changed at this point and its still not working. The alienware customer support has been so frustrating at times but I've seen they replace the laptop under warranty and i really want a laptop replacement as I've been a long time customer I've been extremely patient with the customer care they once forgot to order the mother board so I had to wait 3 more weeks for that. The engineers bailed on me going sorry sir I'll come tomorrow and this happened for multiple days till it was Saturday so i had to wait till monday to get the engineer to come.So i would like to get the laptop replaced. Under normal circumstances i agree you need a warranty but I've paid almost more than the warranty and all the parts replaced has just been a week and it didn't work.I have a 9-5 that i have to attend daily so you can imagine how frustrating it must have been when the engineer bails on you, I had to take out sick leaves for him and he still bailed on me. Please help me out with this one dell I've been a long time customer and i really appreciate your service.
