Hi, I am a former employee of Dell and have not received my W2 form yet. I was wondering who I could get in contact with to provide my new address so I can get the W2 form sent to me? Thanks

After much searching and emailing, I was told to fill out the form at this link: https://dell.service-now.com/alumni?id=alumni
Very strange they don't put this info on their external website.
