Loyalty program
I took a survey and was told that I won a dell laptop all I had to do was pay for the shipping. And when it was all said and done at the end I was told that I entered into a drawing for one. Which one is it. I would not have paid to enter a drawing ever. So is this a scam?

Yes, it is a scam unconnected to Dell.. If you made a payment with a credit card, debit card or bank account, consider having the account closed and a new card or account issued.
