Poor Support and Tech Service for Alienware

I will try and make this short and sweet. I hope that this will somehow reach a customer service manager somewhere in the great United States of America. Three months ago I experienced a video issue with my Alienware MX 17 R2 and proceeded to call Tech Support. After Paying over $300.00 cause my system was out of warranty I shipped it to the Depot under the impression it would be repaired correctly. Two and a half weeks later I received my laptop back and had the exact same issue as I did when i sent it to the depot. After two months of complaining on the phone and grief I finally got them to send out a REAL LIVE TECH.. ( At least I thought he was a real tech.) After a video card and motherboard later he could not even get the system to power up. He immediately told me it was a bad motherboard and proceeded to call dell tech support. Call after call he informed me that he kept getting disconnected, finally after 45 mins. I told him to leave and I would take care of it. Immediately after he left I call Alienware Support and had no issue getting through. They talked me into performing some diagnostics's to make sure the motherboard was getting power.. I assured them that the tech was just here and the system was not powering on. So I did what they asked and lo and behold the Alienhead on the top of my laptop was lighting up proving that the motherboard was receiving power. Well we all know what that means. So I got them to reship the parts and proceeded to call the tech service which was a field trip all on its own. ( Apparently they are more secretive than the Free Masons regarding their contact info and management. ) So finally got someone on the phone from the tech service that wasnt an operator and got an appointment setup for the next day. The next morning I received a call from the first tech stating that he and a senior tech would be out between 10 and 12. Thirty mins later I received another phone call stating that the parts would not be in until the 19th.. ( Guess I am to ignorant to use a tracking number. ) Needless to say they were delivered at precisely 7:43 am that same morning and waiting to be picked up. Imagine that.. That's two!  So I called again only to get the run around and rescheduled to the following day. SHOWTIME.... The tech shows up and proceeded to diagnose the previous techs mistakes, gets the system back up no boot. Does some Bios tweaks, we got a boot. Goes to recycle the power and the system will not shutdown. Here we go again......... Calls Tech Support, says I need to do a clean install and I will be good to go everything was fixed.  So I go and purchase a 500 gig portable hardrive and backup my system and wipe it clean, reload windows, and spend all day Saturday loading drivers with dell. Now that I have my resource cd out I go ahead and run a extended diagnostic and started receiving error codes for LEDs and usb ports which is where???? You guessed it on the MOTHERBOARD.. So I sit here writing this post with a $3300 computer that doesn't work correctly and another $300 invested to have another round with tech support and their so call tech service. So if there is anyone that still cares about customer service do the right thing and replace my system, since I cant trust your Depot or in home Tech Service to do your jobs and repair it correctly. Or I will be forced to take this to your legal department . Thank you for your time.
