I just bought an R13 custom. It says its "about to enter production" for the last few days. I assume this means that not all of the parts are in. I know its a bit early to start panicking (4 days lol). I am wondering if any of the parts below is experiencing significant delays. It says that the est ship is 3/28 and should arrive 3/31. Do you think this is reasonable? I have listed my specs because some parts are taking longer than others.

4 days? Yes I think that's quite reasonable. Keep in mind when we order systems from Alienware/Dell we are in line with thousands of other orders. I don't see why they can't meet the delivery date. The part that is demand are the GPU's and it's the high end GPU's that usually are harder to fulfill. The RTX 3070 is a nice GPU but it's not as in demand as say the RTX 3080, 3090 or the RX 6800XT or 6900XT.
Thank you for the response. I was generally aware that GPUs were in demand, I just didn't know specifics. I saw that Dell wasn't meeting some delivery dates which was what got me concerned. I was considering a better GPU but I opted for the new cooling system. I thought that the 3070 was very comparable to the 3080 and when considering the price...Everything above that was out of my price range.
