The new 14 inch Inspiron i bought was heating up a lot since day 1. I went for a refund as tI was told he replacement would take more than a month.
The laptop has been shipped back to Dell a month ago. A week ago i got a credit memo but no refund yet. Has anyone else had a similar expereince?

I hope you are doing good! I wanted to keep you informed that we are working with the internal team on the refund. As soon as I have an update will update you.
Update December 9, refund provided.
