Want to register at Dell Force10 customer portal. When I go through the link

https://www.force10networks.com/CSPortal20/Main/Login.aspx  and request to open a user account, it asks for Force10 contact in one of the field. I don't know what this Force10 contact field actually need. We have company wide generic Dell user account. I tried that which did not work. Any help is appreciated.
