Always include exact PC model in your posts. Different PC models have mobile connect drivers with different version numbers than the ones you posted...

This is the Desktop board and the drivers are for Laptops various models unless you have

XPS 8910
XPS 8920
XPS 8940

- Dell Mobile Connect requires two components to work properly. The Dell Mobile Connect driver, and the Dell Mobile Connect application which is available at the Microsoft Store.

2018 or Later Dell Model
Android6 and above or IOS 11 and above.
Dell Mobile Connect Phone app (Available on the Android Store and Apple app store.)

Ensure that you have the latest version of the application and the driver installed on your system.
