Cant Create Media Services
New install in a Clustered Active / Passive
I have extended a drive and I'm trying to Create Media Services.
I enter my access00,access01?C:\PEA\APP.pea
It appears to be contacting the Centera but then fails with error 16690 Comm Err and cant create media service.
I've used Centera Verify to test and verify I can access the Centera and Verify my PEA functions. I can access the Centera with Centera Viewer and all looks in order.
Any ideas???

It might be best to start the case w/ support and they can walk you through the process.
