Unable to migrate data successfully.

It is an EmailXtender Server

I am not able to migrate data properly.

It is moving files from Extended drive to Destination Media...... But not purging the files. Its keeping files live on Extended drive.

I want to remove file from Extended drive and instead I want to put a stub.

Kindly HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    DiskXtender for Windows 6.30.200

    OS : Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition, SP2, 8 GB RAM

    I have configured the

    1. Move Rule
    2. Purge Rule
    3. Index Rule

    For the purge rule, did you checked the box where it says "purge files during background scan"?

    The best thing that we have discovered using DiskXtender and EmailXtender together, is to install DiskXtender without setting up any Move, Purge or Index Rules. When you install EmailXtender, EmailXtender will communicate with DiskXtender and set all the rules up for you. This approach has never failed us yet.

    Purge by default doesn't happen until the drive is 95% capacity.
