USB CCID Driver problem when deploying Windows XP on a Latitude E6400

Hi, I need to make a new image on Windows XP SP3 for Latitude E6400, but after finishing the Mini-Setup wizard, when the computer restart, it's hang on a black screen with a mouse pointer. It's never continue, but if I turn off the computer and restart it, the installaion finish correctly. I have found that the USB Smart Card Reader driver (USB CCID) is the problem. When I remove from the E6400 driver package, the installation work fine. There is a know problem with this drivers and a solution for that ?

Thanks,

Steve

What is the R# of the driver you are using? There may be a newer version of the driver available.

    Hi,

I use the last Windows XP package driver for E6400 A05-R296898. In this package, the drivers are in the folder ControlPoint\R269802\CCID-Smartcard.
