I just installed Windows 8.1 x64 on a OptiPlex 9020 and was having graphics display issues using IE11 using the latest drivers from Dell.  The problem was that many graphics had a large "X" across the image.

I was using these drivers :  Intel 3/6/2013 9.18.10.3055

Then I updated them to the latest Windows 8 drivers from Dell: 6/24/2013 9.18.10.3220

Display issues were still present.  

 

I then updated the drivers to the latest from Intel (15.33.8.64.3345).  Had to do so from device manager as Intel blocks the process of running setup.exe.

Also after installing these the entire machine is MUCH faster using all applications.  Just thought I would share.

Dell, any ETA when the drivers will be updated on the latest Dell desktop and laptop platforms for Windows 8.1?  I would feel much more comfortable is there were a "Dell verified" Intel video driver.
