WinPE driver for E6420/E6520

Okay, so now I finally goy my E6420 and E6520 to certify here at work.
PXE didn't work - hang at DHCP. Solved that! Check! (almost broke the sccm environment for that)

So.. it downloads my "real" WinPE wim, and applies it..
Boots up and I see my WinPE environment. Then BANG, reboot...
If i use the F8 option, it doesnt gain any Ip adress, so the NIC driver isn't any good.
So.. Which one do I take? I've already tried the Intel 82579LM, both from the Win 7 Cab above, and the one offered at Intel.com
Help me out here guys, how did you solve this?

    Assuming you are trying to use the x86 NIC driver from the CAB, you are haivng the same problem as me. Depending on the WinPE version you are using, download the model-specific NIC driver from the Dell support site. If you are using WinPE 3.0, download Windows 7 driver, etc. Let us know if this helped.

    Im using WinPE 3.0! Will give it another go tomorrow and will let you know!

    Solved it!
    Just downloaded and extracted the Win7 x86 driver from the driver site for the E6420.
    Injected that into the boot image, and updated my DP's

    I had a similar issue, after adding the driver for the 6520 to the boot image it broke the 6410?? I ended up getting those model drivers directly from Intel and that resolved it for both models.

    Hey Johan,

    I'm having the same issue with my 6420. Can you post the link to the dell page you went to. I did download the driver from the driver page and injected the x64 and x86 version, but not having any luck

    Same issue here, going to try the intel suggestion and I will let you know. Using Altiris it gets IP and loads the boot image, however fails @ DHCP as mentioned above.
