iSCSI Configuration
I followed all the steps mentioned in this document to configure iSCSI Software Initiator on my ESXi 5 Host. I have Dell Poweredge R620 server.
"Dell Configuring iSCSI Connectivity with VMware vSphere 5 and Dell EqualLogic PS Series Storage"
But i am unable to see the BroadCom nics in Storage Adapter Views.
Can you please suggest what can be the issue.

Do the BroadCom NICs show up in the Network Adapter view? If not you want to start off resolving that either via a re-install using the Dell customized ESXi package <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell> or loading the drivers manually.
