Black Screen when Hardware Acceleration is on
my laptop is inspiron 15 5576. from some times on my display black screen appears when video is play sound working properly but not video and i have same issue with youtube video but after off hardware acceleration in chrome youtube working fine. i have same issue in ms office software also please help me out.
i have updated all the video drivers but i am facing same problem again again.

Reinstall the original drivers from Dell. Laptop drivers rarely if ever get updated because they are part of the motherboard. Dell customizes all the drivers for your exact motherboard. Any updates must come from Dell.
Run the diagnostics to check for hardware problems.
