UNSOLVED
1. Please power off computer. Remove all peripherals such as printer, external driver or speakers.
2. Power on computer, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously until you see Dell Preboot menu. In Dell Preboot menu, select Diagnostic. Report back any error codes.
Note: Please don't wait until Dell logo to start tapping F12 key, soon as you power on computer, start tapping.
Please list exact Dell model number and version of windows for further assistance;
Example: Dell Inspiron 15 3048, windows 10
