I have a Dell Inspiron 7570, how do I find the max CPU I can install ?

You can't install another CPU without swapping out the entire system board - the CPU is soldered to the board. These came with up to an i7-8550U CPU, but figure on that running $300+ for a board, plus labor if you don't install it yourself.
