If there is data on the drive that you need, remove the drive, attach it to a working system with an external USB enclosure, and back that up before proceeding. 

Once the data is backed up, return the drive to the system and run an extended diagnostic on the drive.  If it fails, which is probable, replace the drive before reloading Windows.

You may try following 

1 Choose Advance Option > System restore. Choose a previous date when machine was working fine. This will restore your computer to a back date (data will not be affected) 

2.If option 1 fails, try  Advance Option > Startup settings > Safe mode with networking (f5) 

 

If none of the above options work and you have a Large flash drive and another working computer, you can try creating a Live UBUNUTU USB and access your data .

Last option is to remove Hard drive from your computer and access it on another working computer, using an external HDD casing 

Here are the steps:

• Restart the system and immediately start tapping the 'F12' key to enter the 'Boot Menu'.
• Use the 'Down Arrow' key to highlight the 'Diagnostics' option. Press the 'Enter' key.
• The diagnostics will begin. Please note the exact error message/code, if any appears on the screen.
