keyboard is delayed in responding !
The keyboard is delayed in responding to some buttons, which are 4 and the buttons below it, and also shift with the upper numbers does not respond from the first press, but is delayed at times and repeats the pressures at other times.
The problem has been for nearly two years since or since it appeared. I used a small Microsoft keyboard, and I did not contact support, unfortunately, because I did not expect that the glitch was from the bios, but now I started to have health problems in the wrist due to incompatible use. I hope to find a solution to this problem knowing that the bios upgrade cannot be undone

Well this can be caused by corrupted or old keyboard driver. So I will suggest you to trying to reinstall or update your keyboard driver this can solve this issue.

Always include PC model and version of Windows in your posts. And in this case, the keyboard model number too.
Is this a new issue?
If a wireless keyboard, have you changed the batteries lately?
Did you recently install any new software or some (Windows) updates?
Does this happen randomly?
Does it only happen with a specific app?
Have you scanned thoroughly for malware lately?
How much RAM is installed?
How much junk is running in the background?
You can try this:
Open Device Manager
Expand list under USB in Device Manager
Double-click each USB entry and look for a Power Management tab
Uncheck the box "Allow PC to turn off..."
Repeat for all USB entries with that same tab
Now uncheck that box on the PM tab for any Human Interface Devices listed in Device Manager
Exit Device Manager when done.
Next, open the Windows Power & Sleep screen. Click Additional Power Settings. On next screen identify the active Power plan and click Change Plan Settings. On next screen, click Change Advanced Power Settings.
On that last screen, disable Hybrid Sleep, USB Selective Suspend, and PCI Express Link State Management.
Save the changes to the power plan and reboot.
Does that help...?
