We need to know the exact model laptop you have. If you need a ps2 mouse your laptop is probably too old to be upgraded to windows 10. Windows 10 will recognize a usb mouse. Buy one of those.
I have the same problem. My model laptop is dell vostro 3400 with windows 10 pro. I also installed easy driver and found ps2 compatible mouse driver. Please help me.
