I have a Dell G5 5590 with windows 10 pro on it. I have been using this laptop for more than a year without any problems.
But today I noticed that the computer shuts down when I unplug the power, instead of running on the battery. I left the laptop charging for a few hours and the battery always showed 93%, but still shut down after unplugging the power adapter.
The power indicator flashes orange all the time.
When I run the Diagnostics in the one-time boot menu, it returns 'The battery cannot supply sufficient power'(code: 2000-0133).
The BIOS say the Battery needs to be replaced.
But the previous day it worked completely fine. And the BOIS said the battery condition is FAIR.
