WD19TB - Nonstop Fan
Team- I am having issues with constant fan noise on my WD19TB. The docking station is in cool spot, plenty of air, the laptop is no under strain and I've updated firmware to no avail. Please advised on replacement product or real fix other than cutting the fan wires which I've seen as option on the community page, which seems like a bad idea. Thanks!

is How to Use and Troubleshoot Dell Thunderbolt Docking Station WD19TB or WD19TBS of any help ?.

I have the same issue with my WD19TB I bought. The fan seems to only be at 0 or 100 and there's no ramping in between. It's really loud and really really annoying. Especially considering how expensive these are.
