Windows 10

IHello,

I have purchased my Laptop in July 2017 with windows 10 pre - installed but after one and half year the laptop was not working properly. Since the laptop was in guarantee period I contacted Dell support for assistance for which didn't got any final conclusion of the problem neither any solution, this happened with me couple of time when I connected with Dell. I could only get the issue of "No Bootable Device Found" every time. Since the pandemic I approached a Local Tech guy and as informed by him my Hard Disc spoiled. So we got the new Hard Disc but not data could be recovered from the previous one. Now the problem is i don't have my licensed windows kindly help me to get the same.

@Dev Yadav  If Windows 10 was pre-installed, then you can just reinstall Windows 10 without entering a product key.  Your system would have been activated with a digital license from Microsoft when it was originally manufactured, so when you reinstall Windows and it connects to the Internet to activate, Microsoft's activation servers will recognize it and activate the new installation without needing a product key.
