Itis bout IIQ timesetting ....if anybody know the story behind this ....

in 3.x, there is timezone setting upon installation , but there is none in 4.x . Why ?

Also to change timezone setting @ IIQ4.x is shown KB , but why cmd tzselect is gone in 4.x ?

( I issued tzselect in 4.1.2 but seems it does not affect change so used KB to change timezone )

Also would like to know if IIQ can set NTP itsself ... or not ..
