isilon 108nl can.t boot

mount_efs: update_ifs_drives: No drive available to mount. mount_efs: OneFS: Operation not supported by device Aborting boot. IFS failed to mount.  Aborting boot. Please contact Isilon Customer Support at 1-877-2-ISILON. Command Options: 1) Enter recovery shell 2) Continue booting 3) Reboot option

    HI zhouxl,

    This could be a result of a number of issues Based on the messages there, it could be drive related, but not necessarily. I would recommend opening a ticket with Isilon Support if you can. They may need to send someone onsite to assist with troubleshooting. If it is hardware related, they can assist with getting the parts you need and getting them installed if necessary.

    IQ 108NL nodes have an end of service life coming up in about 3 weeks on 10/31/2017.  EOL was announced back on 7/24/2012.

    If this node is under maintenance still, I'd suggest you open a ticket immediately, this cannot wait.   If it's something you picked up 2nd hand and are just playing with then of course that's a different matter.

    Also reference the support and compatibility guide for details on the node, what code is supported on it, what firmware, etc:

    thanks all,

    I pressed "2" to continue boot then it can enter the command line.i entered "isi_reformat_node" reboot  OK,work normal

    all data  lost!!!

    luckily,data is not important.....haha
