I would like to delegate quota management to individual admins on my campus, ideally on a per-share basis (SMB) or under a certain directory.  The idea is for these admins who are "storage admins" for their root folder to be able to apply and manage quotas down-level within the confines of whatever total directory quota I have set for that college, but without being able to affect quotas of other admins.  I'm running OneFS v.8.0.0.4 and I have SmartQuotas licensed.

Is this possible?  If not, what suggestions do you have to make this manageable?  These are not home folders, but departmental storage space but the only solution I'm seeing right now is to set user quotas at a certain default level and have the admin contact me for increases.  This is not ideal because of the number of individual groups on campus, so perhaps I just keep it at directory level for a particular group and tell them to police their users.
